Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Telispire collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://telispire.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Telispire.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the site, or place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information. We will collect personal identification information from Users who voluntarily submit such information. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Web browser cookies

Our site uses “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. Users that refuse the use of cookies will still be able to use our site, but some parts of this site may not function properly. Our site also uses web analytics services provided by LeadLander, Inc. and Google, Inc.
Google Analytics uses JavaScript and cookies to report to Telispire on User interactions on this site by storing non-personally identifiable information. Users that do not want their data collected and used by Google can download and install the Google Analytics browser add-on athttps://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This add-on is available for most modern browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera. The add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript running on websites (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) to prohibit User interaction information from being sent to Google Analytics. However, the add-on does not prevent information collected by Google Analytics from being sent to our site. LeadLander is a web analytics tool, similar to Google analytics, that uses cookies to collect information on how visitors use all web sites of individuals or companies that subscribe to LeadLander services, including this site. LeadLander logs information that LeadLander has collected through Telispire’s website and its forms or email campaigns and the website forms and email campaigns of any other individual or company that subscribes to LeadLander’s service. These logs of information may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify you, your browser or your account. Such information is then made available to Telispire and any other individual or company that subscribes to LeadLander’s service. Leadlander does not provide an opt out feature for Users that do not want their data to be collected and used by Leadlander. However, LeadLander states that its features and services will not function properly if your cookies are disabled. How we use collected information

Telispire may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

  •  To improve customer service
    Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
  •  To personalize user experience
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
  •  To improve our Site
    We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.
  •  To process payments
    We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  •  To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature
    To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

    We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. Telispire has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
