Reseller Support Analyst
SUMMARY
The Reseller Support Analyst (RSA) position is responsible for supporting Telispire’s Independent Resellers (IR) in order to facilitate IR subscriber growth. The position will work with the CEO, COO and other staff members to help provide IRs with the training and tools needed to drive subscriber growth. The RSA will leverage the information gathered during “Success Based Initiative” meetings, regional and annual Telispire forums and other communication methods to create and develop appropriate programs for IR subscriber growth. The position will also support the Management Team by screening and setting up meetings for all sales leads generated via the web or sales line.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the “Success Based Initiative” (SBI) project by preparing for each meeting and then managing each subsequent meeting follow-up work.
- Monitor and measure the progress of SBI IRs in terms of progress made to meet stated objectives based on follow-up issues/items.
- Work with others in Telispire to ensure successful implementation of chosen IR solutions to sales problems/issues as they arise.
- Develop a Monthly Marketing Information Report (MMIR) by defining data requirements and gathering and validating information, applying judgment and preparing a summary report for Management on a monthly basis.
- Screen each sales lead that is generated via Telispire’s web site, email or phone call. Responsible for setting up meeting with CEO and sales prospect and securing NDA as needed.
- Special Projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to plan and manage projects with multiple customers/departments.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience required in related field.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong customer focus with proven experience in customer relations role.
- Wireless Telecommunications experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Will have strong extensive attention to detail.
- Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and embrace changes in procedures.
- Phoenix Back Office System and Telispire Business Center preferred
- BlackBerry Device certified, preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
